Therese Rowley, Ph.D.

Therese Rowley, Ph.D. is a strategic change management consultant, dynamic speaker, innovative educator, and skilled intuitive who supports leaders through change. As President of Accelerated Alignment, (formerly CEO Consultants and Transformational Insights), she applies over 25 years of experience in leadership development, strategic planning, information technology and organization development to partnering with business leaders to rethink traditional assumptions and architect intentional workplace cultures. She has supported large scale change in companies in the telecommunications, manufacturing, financial services, and healthcare industries, as well as in non profit organizations. Dr. Rowley also offers leaders and professionals personal alignment through her practice of intuitive insight, healing and coaching.

In her unique work, Dr. Rowley has found that high performance, sustainable cultures and companies are often the result of self aware leaders and leadership teams. Leaders committed to inner growth as well as organizational growth find that practiced reflection increases their sense of responsibility for the company's position in the marketplace and as part of a global community

Currently, Dr. Rowley teaches Strategic Planning and Management at Northwestern University. As Adjunct Faculty at Aon University at Aon International Corporation and the University of Chicago Graham School, Dr. Rowley has taught on the topic of leadership, intuition, values, and change. Dr. Rowley co-designed the Leadership Arts Certificate Program at the Graham School. As Adjunct Faculty at the University of Chicago LEAD Institute, she co-designed and taught Advanced Facilitation Skills for Seasoned Consultants. She was also Adjunct Faculty at the University of San Francisco's Masters Program in Human Resources and Organization Development as well as the Undergraduate Program in Organizational Behavior for adults completing their degrees.

Dr. Rowley holds a Ph.D. in Organization Transformation from Union Institute and University, a Masters of Management from Northwestern University, J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, a Masters in Public Administration from the University of Denver, as well as basic training in somatic psychotherapy and extensive study in the area of the human energy field.
