 Ph.D., Environmental Studies With a post doctorate degree in Environmental Studies from the University of California and a love of agriculture, Dorothy is involved in sustainable agriculture projects and awareness in Northern Michigan in multiple ways. Most notably, she is a champion for the farm-to-school program in Leland Public Schools. |
 Alison Arnold currently serves as Marketing, Communications, and Volunteer Services Director for Traverse City Area Public School district in Northwest Michigan (enrollment of 10,000+ students); and leads strategies for building community engagement, partnerships, and capacity building for new programs to support children's learning. |
 Owner, Managing Director and Expedition Guide, Wildlife and Nature Travel –WANT Expeditions, LLC Jessica has been to over 60 countries guiding trips in some of the most remote locations in the world. With a BS from Michigan State University, her background is in natural resource management and she is devoutly dedicated to responsible tourism and sees it as one of the best ways to generate and improve local economies without jeopardizing traditional cultures and protecting natural resources. |
